What I Eat

I always find it interesting to see what different meals people eat to stay healthy.  Here is the six week summer dinner menu my husband I have recently created to make sure we eat at home every night and have leftovers for the weekend.  We eat a lot of chicken, fish, and veggies.  We seldom eat ground beef as we usually substitute ground chicken for it and we are more than happy to eat vegetarian meals on occasion.

All meals on this menu are made from scratch except for:
-frozen veggies
-pasta (buy dried)
-sauces such as tomato and alfraedo, but this may change
-breads (except roti)
-shake and bake seasoning

For lunch my husband eats homemade foods similar to this menu at the daycare he works and cooks at and I eat leftovers, salads, or bento box style lunches that I take to the schools I work at.

  1. Hi Amber! Why eat at a restaurant when this menu has better food than a restaurant?!!! Sounds yummy!
